Return Policy
At Nancy Ruth Charleston, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment partner.

After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as orders are often already in processing or preparation stages.

In some cases, an order may be shipped at a later date, even if processing has already begun. Once an order is processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our return process instead.

Cancellations are only handled on business days (Monday–Friday).

Cancellations are not possible on Sundays, as we do not have contact with our fulfillment partners on that day.

If a cancellation request is submitted after processing has started, the order will need to be delivered and—if eligible—returned according to our return policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders are only issued if the cancellation is confirmed by our team within the allowed timeframe.
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 15 days after receiving your order.
Once approved, you’ll have an additional 15 days to send the item back.
Items must be in original condition – unworn (try-ons allowed), unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear beyond trying on cannot be returned.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.
International Fulfillment
Nancy Ruth Charleston operates through an international fulfillment network to serve customers across the United States and worldwide.
All returns are processed through this network, which means the return destination is located outside the USA in China.
You’ll receive the exact return address and detailed instructions once your request has been approved.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement.
The total cost of the return will depend on your chosen courier or postal service.
Shipping Labels
We do not issue prepaid return labels.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions so you can ship the item using your preferred courier.
Return shipping costs are based on your selected courier’s rates and preferences.
Refunds
After receiving and approving your returned item, your refund will be processed within 15 business days via your original payment method.
If applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Total Return Period
Customers have up to 30 days in total (15 days to request and 15 days to return) from the date of receipt.
Returns initiated or shipped after this period will not be accepted.
Guarantee on Defective or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for defective or incorrect items.
If this occurs, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement, at no cost to you.
Liability
Nancy Ruth Charleston is not responsible for lost return packages if tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after purchase.
